This is not a sweet coleslaw. This coleslaw is best served with barbecue or other spicy foods. It is simple and delicious! We love to eat it alongside the Mexican cornbread and pinto beans, which is what we did today.

one head of shredded cabbage (I just buy the pre-shredded bag in the produce section.)
2 heaping tablespoons "real" mayonnaise (don't sub Miracle Whip)
lots of black pepper
1 bunch of green onions (chopped)

Put the cabbage and green onions in a large bowl. Pour LOTS of black pepper and stir. Wait a few minutes for the pepper to wilt the cabbage slightly. Add the mayo and stir to cover all of the veggies. Refrigerate to store.
