Have you all been glued to CNN.com or the news stations to get the latest updates on the Haiti earthquake situation? It is so difficult to watch, knowing the horror that thousands are facing right now. Maybe you feel the urge to help, but aren't sure how.
Shawn Groves, from Compassion, is urging bloggers to take a banner (like the one up by my header) and post it on your blog. By clicking on that banner, your readers will be taken to a secure donation site, where they can give monetarily to Compassion. There is also a number for cell phone users to text in order to give to this organization.
I would not send you guys somewhere that I did not trust completely! This is the same organization that McMama is traveling to Kenya with later this spring. It is a well-known, trusted, and long-serving organization that has helped millions of children globally.
